central location helpful staff
the location was perfect and central (a big plus for exploring!). the staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for getting around. i particularly appreciated the gym access, it has modern equipment.
i noticed the corridors looked a bit dark, affecting visibility.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
friendly staff excellent assistance warm welcome
The staff was very friendly. Jojo assisted with my luggage, always greeted me with a smile, and spoke Spanish fluently. He provided water and ensured I felt welcomed. I felt very much at home thanks to the warm welcome from Noel, Godwin, and Patao.
I found the room to be a bit small. The bathroom felt slightly cramped, and a bit more space would have.

Jhalak, the night manager, showed thoughtful service, elevating the entire experience. The staff remembered small details. Gaetano provided amazing breakfast service at the 108 Brasserie. Beata served a delicious breakfast with warm greetings.

great design solid build friendly staff attentive personnel
The hotel design was great. The room had a solid build and felt cozy (it really reminded me of home). The staff was superb and friendly. Breakfast service had attentive personnel. They offered great recommendations.
The lobby seemed small when I arrived, but I quickly realized it was well-organized.
